Compliance Specialist for import/export control in the semiconductor industry (m/f/d)

In Dresden

Digitron is an independent global service provider in the semiconductor and hi-tech industry. Our expertise includes maintenance, installation and repair of manufacturing equipment as well as production and process systems for semiconductor chip manufacturing. To support our team at the Dresden site, we are looking for committed employees in permanent positions.

What you can do with us:

  • Assist in the development, implementation and monitoring of export and import policies, procedures and practices
  • Review and update the Harmonized Tariff Coding (HTS) of products in accordance with European customs regulations
  • Assessment and classification of products according to the European Export Control Regulation for dual-use goods
  • Applying for and managing export licenses
  • Preparation of compliance reports for management
  • Support with compliance audits
  • Management of insurance documents

What convinces us:

  • Completed commercial studies or further training as a business administrator or experience in a similar professional role with demonstrable work experience in the described area of responsibility
  • Good communication skills in German and English
  • Excellent knowledge of customs and foreign trade law
  • Exceptional affinity for working in detail
  • A class B driving license would be an advantage

The training period is approx. 6 - 12 months, depending on the product group and your previous knowledge.
Training takes place at the system manufacturer's internal training centers, in online seminars and/or at the workplace.
